These recent events in Israel and the Gaza Strip bring attention to almost every nation in the world. We see many demonstrations against Israeli intervention in Gaza, and we see much media supporting the Palestinians in the grieving of their losses. Yet not many media sources empathize the beginning of this conflict. We do not hear much about how Hamas attacked Israel and provoked this military intervention. The situation was that for many months, Muslim extremists have been launching hundreds of rockets into Eretz Yisrael over the boarder. Can we imagine how Canada, or any other country would react if others launched rockets into it?
